FIELD: medicine, particularly, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: method includes repositioning of fractured fragments; making of bent wire splint with catching loops; introduction of metal splits to both sides of fracture plane and their bending to obtain hooks without excessive occlusion; leading of wires to under hooks, with wires bent to shape of lower maxillodental arch and introduced into right-hand and/or left-hand retromolar triangle; application of roller from rapidly hardening plastic onto produced construction so that splint loops are free; application onto upper jawbone teeth of bent wire splint with catching loops; application of interjaw rubber tie. EFFECT: higher strength of fixation, controlled degree of fractured fragments reposition, prevented disturbance of tissue trophicity. 3 dwg
