FIELD: medicine, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: reposition of cuttings is performed. Metal needles are inserted at both sides against the plane of fracture, in areas of incisors, premolars and molars from right and left sides both into mandibular and maxillary regions. Excessive parts of needles are treated with cutting pliers and bent in the form of hooks. Under them needles are directed being curved according to the form of mandibular- maxillary dental arch to be fixed with ligature wire. Rollers made of fast-hardening plastic are applied upon the constructions obtained, standard Vasilyev's splints or curved wire splints with anchor-type loops are pressed in till the moment of complete polimerization. Mandibularmaxillary rubber pull is applied. The method enables to increase the quality of fixation, control the degree of reposition and prevent trophic disorders of relevant tissues.
