FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of quinolone of the formula (I) where X is taken among formulas (II) , (III) and (IV) ; R1 is taken among cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkanyl and phenyl; R3 is taken among hydrogen atom and hydroxy-group; R5 is taken among hydrogen atom, hydroxy-, amino-group, halogen atom, alkanyl, alkenyl and methoxy-group; R6 is taken among hydrogen atom, hydroxy-group, aminocarbonyl, cyano-group, alkanyl, alkenyl, alkynyl; R8 is taken among halogen atom, methoxy-, thio-group, alkanyl, alkenyl; R7 is taken among amino-group that is bound to carbon atom in X ring which is adjacent to ring nitrogen atom or aminoalkanyl that is bound to any carbon atom of X ring and means alkanyl under condition that R7 is not amino-group when X means pyrrylidinyl ring; each R9 is taken among hydrogen atom, alkanyl, alkenyl, alkynyl and condensed or spirocyclic alkyl ring; R7 part and R9 part can be optionally bound to form condensed or spirocyclic ring with N-containing ring where condensed or spirocyclic ring comprises from 2 to 5 carbon atoms in ring; but if such ring is the condensed ring then R8 differs from chlorine or bromine atom. Compounds of this invention are effective antibacterial agents acting against broad spectrum of pathogenic microorganisms and owing to this activity they can be used as active component in pharmaceutical composition. EFFECT: valuable antibacterial property of compounds. 10 cl, 2 sch, 111 ex
