where (a) X is taken among the group involving O or S; (b) each of Y is hydrogen atom or direct or branched alkanyl containing from 1 to 4 carbon atoms independently; (c) Z means branched alkyl containing from 3 to about 10 atoms that are not hydrogen atoms; (d) W is O and (e) R is direct, branched or cyclic alkyl or aryl that can be saturated or monounsaturated with double bond and containing from 1 to about 15 atoms that are not hydrogen atoms, and pharmaceutical compositions including these compounds and methods of treatment of patients with inflammations or pains and arthritis also using these compounds.
