FIELD: coal and ore mining industries. SUBSTANCE: device has body, nozzle for supply of foaming agent, diffuser with conical net whose top is directed towards flow of foaming agent, branch pipe installed in device body for supply of compressed air and provided with valve mechanically connected with plug located at diffuser output. Plug is made of alloy with effect of shape memory spontaneously decomposed by heating and provided with means, over its periphery, ensuring separation of its central part from remaining part. Plug and valve are interconnected by rod pusher passing through net. One end of rod pusher is pressed to plug central part with the help of compression spring fitted on pusher, and the other end is connected for possible disconnection from branch pipe valve. Plug surface directed inside device has packing layer. EFFECT: higher reliability and speed of response. 8 cl, 2 dwg
