FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has proximal and distal end and draining area. The draining area is located in patient body cavity for performing peritoneal dialysis. The catheter has holes all along its lateral wall. A portion of the draining area has smaller diameter disposed between the mentioned holes and distal end so that the flow through the holes increases and one coming from the distal end reduces.
