FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device for treating disturbed blood vessels, body cavities and body ducts, to a kit for said treatment, to use of the device and kit for said treatment and to a method of treating disturbed blood vessels, body cavities and body ducts, which can be used in treating disturbed blood vessels, body cavities and body ducts, which in one way or another are susceptible to a pathological, disturbed functional or abnormal condition. Medical device to be introduced into a disturbed blood vessel, an organism cavity or an organ duct for its treatment, preferentially - ablation therapy, contains an elongated flexible shell device of a substantially cylindrical shape, which has a distal end and a proximal end. Distal end is made of metal material compatible with body. In the shell device along its peripheral surface in the axial direction there is a slot hole which is connected to the first channel located in the axial direction of the shell device. First channel can accommodate elongated fibre body. Shell device can be clamped around the main part of the fibre body perimeter. In the shell device in its axial direction there is also a second channel which can accommodate the injection device. Kit for treating, preferably ablation therapy, disturbed blood vessels, body cavities and body ducts, comprises the above medical device, a fibrous body and an injection apparatus. Method of ablation treatment of disturbed blood vessels, body cavities and body channels, preferably varicose veins, involves the following stages: a) introducing the above medical device, a fibre body and an injection agent into a blood vessel lumen, body cavity or body passage until reaching a predetermined location, wherein the fibrous body is inserted through the first passageway and the injection agent is inserted through the second conduit; b) squeezing the injection from the second canal, wherein the needle tip of said injection device deviates radially, passes through the wall of the blood vessel, body cavity or body passage and reaches perivascular tissue or surrounding tissue; c) injecting the medical fluid into the perivascular tissue or surrounding tissue; d) drawing the injection agent back into the second passage; e) removing the envelopment device and the injection means in the proximal direction until the new predetermined injection point is reached, wherein the fibre body is not withdrawn; repeating steps b) - e) until anaesthetized blood vessel walls, body cavity or body passage and perivascular tissue or surrounding tissue along whole portion of blood vessel, body cavity or body passage; removing the coating device and the injection agent from the blood vessel lumen, body cavity or body passage; h) performing ablative treatment of the internal walls of the blood vessel, body cavity or body passage using the fibrous body, wherein said fibrous body is gradually withdrawn in proximal direction into a lumen until the entire portion of the surface of the inner wall of the blood vessel, the body cavity or body passage to be treated, is not subjected to ablation treatment, and i) diverting the fibrous body from the blood vessel lumen, body cavity or body duct, wherein said medical fluid has infiltration and/or anaesthetic activity. Method for placing a medical fluid in tissue that surrounds disturbed blood vessels, body cavities and body ducts involves steps a) - f) similar to those described above, wherein the fibrous body is optionally introduced, and said medical fluid substance is preferably a fluid, which has infiltration and/or anaesthetic activity, cytostatic activity or sclerosant activity.

EFFECT: invention reduces the risk of damaging an internal wall of said blood vessel, body cavity, or body duct.
