FIELD: lifting machinery. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mounting of lift equipment inside lift well. According to proposed method, separate units of well equipment are positioned using plumb lines secured on device and after, positioning, units are secured in place. Device for mounting units by plumb line is installed in upper part of lift well on support members arranged over upper storey when operating on said storey, or on support member secured to floor of lift landing, with plumb lines being secured to device for mounting the units by plumb line when operating at upper storey. Support members can be secured on walls or ceiling of lift well. Device has support members secured on floor of upper storey and on jambs of lift well doors, and it has four plum lines and template. EFFECT: improved convenience of mounting owing to possibility of carrying out operations directly from upper storey landing. 9 cl, 7 dwg
