where A means C6-C10-aryl, thienyl, benzothienyl; X means halogen atom, cyano-group, C1-C7-alkyl, trifluoromethyl, C2-C7-alkoxy-group or trifluoro-methoxy-group; p is taken among 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5; Z means a bond, -CO-NH-, -SO2-NH-, sulfur atom, sulfinyl group or C2-C7-alkenylene radical; R1,R2,R3 and E are indicated in claim 1. Also, invention describes method of synthesis of said compounds and pharmaceutical composition used for inhibition of activity of aldosoreductase based on thereof.
