SCAFFOLDING Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering, particularly, scaffolding for installation outside of buildings. SUBSTANCE: scaffolding has sections of poles connected with horizontal ties having locking pins by means of lock joints made in the form of holders concentrically secured to poles with formed holes in them. At least one part of holder holes receive locking pins of horizontal ties partially protruding in plan beyond contour of respective horizontal tie. Holder holes in upper part are oval and/or elliptical with large axis exceeding at least by 1.5 times the diameter of cylindrical part of locking pins and restricted by internal wall inclined at an angle of 10-35 deg or a part of wall.
