FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in compressors, pneumatic motors and internal combustion engines. Machine has split housing with bores and spherical space. Axes of two shafts fitted on bores intersect at angle relative to each other in center of spherical space. Said space accommodates two rotors secured on shafts and disk partition between rotors forming variable displacement working chambers with walls of spherical space. Rotors are movably coupled with disk partition forming Hooke's joint. End of one shaft is brought out of housing, and end of other shaft is fitted i n blind bore. To change displacement of machine, shaft fitted in housing blind bore is made eccentric being secured in bore for turning, and rotor is installed on shaft for rotation. Axis of part of shaft carrying rotor and axis of part of shaft fitted in bore intersect in center of spherical space. With eccentric shaft being turned in bore, angle between axes of rotor rotation changes, and angle of vibrations of disk partition also changes which leads to change of displacement of each chamber and machine as a whole. Moreover, timing phases displace increasing machine fill factor, and if machine is used as internal combustion engine, compression ratio as to expansion ratio decreases which provides increase of efficiency.
