FIELD: mechanical engineering; rotary internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed engine contains split housing with two shafts whose axes intersect in center of engine spherical space. Two rotors secured on shaft are placed inside space and movable disk partition is arranged between rotors. First rotor is output one, and second rotor is secured for rotation on end of other shaft made eccentric and fastened in bore of housing for turning. Rotor are disk partition form Hooke's joint inside housing creating variable volume chambers with walls of spherical space. According to invention, spherical space is made on inner surface of sleeve fitted inside housing for rotation together with output shaft on which it is rigidly fastened together with first rotor.
