SUBSTANCE: device has radiation source operating in infrared radiation bandwidth connected to the first electric current supply source, radiation source operating in infrared radiation bandwidth connected to the second electric current supply source, photodetector designed as photodiode and current-voltage converter connected to the photodetector, voltage amplifier having logarithmic transformation characteristic which input is connected to current-voltage converter output, the first synchronous detector the first input of which is connected to the output of voltage amplifier having logarithmic transformation characteristic, the first high frequency filter and the first alternating current amplifier connected in series, the second synchronous detector the first input of which is connected to the output of voltage amplifier having logarithmic transformation characteristic, the second high frequency filter and the second alternating current amplifier connected in series, and anti-phase impulse shaper of 200-2000 Hz frequency the first output of which is connected to the first synchronous detector control input and the second output is connected to the second synchronous detector control input and function value calculation unit connected with its output to indication unit and with its first and second inputs connected to the first and the second alternating current amplifier outputs, respectively. Reference voltage former has control members named Current amplitude, Current balance and α and controllable alternating voltage supply source which frequency is equal to 1-2 Hz and switchboard having corresponding links are introduced into design.
