FIELD: medical technique, possibly non-invasive measuring of saturation of artery blood with oxygen in continuous monitoring mode.

SUBSTANCE: pulse oxymeter includes source of red irradiation and source of infrared irradiation, two electric current sources, photo-detector, electric current-voltage converter, voltage generator with logarithmic characteristic, two synchronous detectors, two HF filter, two AC voltage amplifiers, calculation unit, display. Oxymeter includes in addition control signal shaper, circuit for sampling and holding, LF filter connected through respective connection lines.

EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of determining saturation factor.
