FIELD: medical technics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for non-invasive measurement of oxygen saturation of arterial blood in continuous monitoring mode. The pulse oxymetre includes red-band radiation source, oscillator of red LED flare pulse, light detector, current-voltage converter, selection and storage unit, first summing unit, first voltage amplifier, second summing unit, first low-frequency filtre, first high-frequency filtre, second low-frequency filtre, second high-frequency filtre, first and second switches, second voltage amplifier, third low-frequency filter and third high-frequency filtre, fourth low-frequency filter and fourth high-frequency filtre, control unit, indication unit, independent power source and sensor presence indicator. The pulse oxymetre displays improved accuracy in saturation coefficient measurement even at deficient pulse and significant motional interference.
EFFECT: improved reliability and verification of diagnostic and prediction data obtained.
