FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: proposed gondola car has body resting on running gears and including frame with fitted on end face and side walls. Frame has center sill with fitted on bolsters and intermediate beams made up of vertical sheets 9, upper sheets 10 and lower sheets 11 forming closed circuit. All beams are interconnected by lower binding 5 with uprights 12 of side walls and with welded-in plates 13. Uprights of side walls are channel-shaped. Reinforcement rigidity members 14 arranged in parallel relative to longitudinal axis of car are installed in inner spaces of uprights in places of connection with end face parts of intermediate beams and bolsters. End parts of vertical sheets of frame bolsters are curved inwards the beam so that distance between edges of vertical sheets is less than width of upright of side wall. EFFECT: improved reliability of unit connecting side wall uprights with lower binding. 2 cl, 6 dwg
