FIELD: polymer production. SUBSTANCE: solution of polyolefin in organic solvent is first cooled to ambient temperature. Resulting paraffin-like paste is cut to small fragments and mixed with water and mix is heated to temperature not exceeding melting point of polymer in presence of initial organic solvent. Polymer is then isolated by keeping the mix at residual pressure 15 to 40 mm Hg until solvent is fully distilled off, after which polymer is separated from the rest of water by filtration and dried. Distilled off vapors of solvent and water are condensed at temperature between -5 and 0 C and then separated. EFFECT: reduced process expenses and accelerated process. 1 tbl, 16 ex
