FIELD: building road materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composites of bitumen-mineral mixtures used for making road cover mainly. Invention proposes bitumen-mineral mixture comprising natural bituminous sand, low-molecular polyethylene and mineral filling agent and it comprises additionally waste from device of gas desulfurization comprising 99.9% of sulfur in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: natural bituminous sand, 18-29; low-molecular polyethylene, 2.4-3; waste from device of gas desulfurization, 46-58; mineral filling agent, the balance. EFFECT: enhanced mechanical strength, retained waterproof properties of composite. 1 tbl, 6 ex
