FIELD: municipal management. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing and drum mounted inside casing and provided with brake and cable, working device with weight and chute shaft washing system made in the form of shower head, movable device for fixing working tool in operating position, and drum hanger mechanism positioned in upper part of casing and made in the form of detachable suspender pin. Drum has detachable housing, whose one part is connected to suspender pin and other part is positioned for rotation relative to said one part and is equipped with outside shaft rigidly connected to it and detachable handle fixed on free end of outside shaft. Drum cable is detachably joined to working tool. Movable retainer is located under working tool in brackets fixed in lower part of casing. Detachable handle has drum brake control lever for fixing drum and, accordingly, cable from rotation. Such construction imparts mobility to apparatus. Apparatus may be used for washing, disinfecting and cleaning through of rubbing chute in dwellings and public buildings.
