SUBSTANCE: refuse chute has bore; cleaner working element moving through bore and joined through rope to device of its hoist installed above last charging valve of refuse chute; cleaner working element hoist is installed on bore of refuse chute in bore area or beyond it, or on floor in bore area, or under ceiling of auxiliary floor, or under ceiling of the latter in bore area; cleaner working element hoist has at least drive, reduction unit or gear motor, and drum; when cleaner working element hoist is installed in bore area it is placed in case built in refuse chute bore. Working element is easily cleaned in the course of operation of refuse chute, useful volume of building is enlarged due to space-saving arrangement of hoisting equipment, refuse- chute is provided with reliable sound-insulation and is fire resistant, multi-purpose hoists are employed, safety precautions are improved.
