SUBSTANCE: refuse chute has bore, executive cleaning tool moving along bore and joined to its rope hoisting device; executive cleaning tool is installed above last charging valve of refuse chute bore; executive cleaning tool hoist is installed under ceiling of auxiliary floor or that of last floor, or on bore of refuse chute in area of bore or beyond it, or on floor in bore area; executive cleaning tool hoist has at least telpher or winch; when executive cleaning tool hoist is mounted in bore area it is installed in case fitted in refuse chute bore. Proposed refuse chute is noted for high reliability of its executive cleaning tool, enlarged useful space of building due to compact installation of hoisting facilities, improved sound-insulation of refuse chute and its fire safety, more reliable safety, and multipurpose type of hoist.
