FIELD: devices for joining and subsequent separation of structural members, applicable for docking of the space vehicle and rocket. SUBSTANCE: the device has an external casing and an enveloped casing with a stepped axial hole, explosive bolt with an electric primer, and fastening members. The casings are made in the form of two sleeves on a leg interconnected by bolts and installed in parallel with the device axis. Installed in the through stepped hole of the leg thickening of one of the sleeves is an explosive bolt and a nut. The hole on the side of the nut is closed with a set of plates with a through hole for the bolt. The plates are made of material with an yield point lower than that of the casing material. A thin-walled cylinder is installed inside the casing, the ends of the cylinder have cut-outs and bearing surfaces, each cut-out of one end corresponds to the bearing surface of the other end. The sleeve is conjugate to the inner part of an adapter, whose impact stiffness is less than that of the structural member, the adapter is made in the form of a tapered plug. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of separation of the space vehicle at low impact actions transmitted to it. 3 dwg
