Coder of first-alternative device has real time counter-and-timer unit designed for generating "dancing" code as real time function and decoder has real time counter-and-timer unit used for generating a number of "dancing" code functions. Coder of second-alternative device has microcontroller whose timer continuously generates interrupts upon whose arrival definite value of a number of functions is computed and upon reception of message from coder this message is compared with stack or memory content.
