FIELD: medical equipment, applicable in surgery for dissection and coagulation of organism soft tissues. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in supply of high-frequency voltage to the working instrument, supply of current-conducting medium to the zone of action through the working instrument and realization of coagulation. Preliminarily the current-conducting medium is obtained by spraying of the solution of medicinal preparations in a spray chamber at a pressure of 630-800 mm Hg at solution temperature within 10-60 C and viscosity of 2•10^-4-2•10^-2P. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of the coagulating effect on plane bleeding surfaces, reduced depth of the coagulation zone, reduced probability of perforation of thin-walled vessels, provided therapeutic and antiseptic effect due to the action of the medicinal preparation air-drip jet. 3 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
