FIELD: high-precision mating of space objects, flying vehicles and submarine vessels. SUBSTANCE: device includes mating unit which is tightly connected with rigid case through bellows-type transient compartment strengthened by load-bearing framework made from rod members. Load-bearing framework is mounted coaxially relative to transient compartment between case and mating unit for spatial orientation and compensation of impact in mating. Load-bearing framework is made in form of drive six- articulation kinematic joint.
