FIELD: oil-gas producing industry, particularly, methods for increase of oil production, formation oil recovery and withdrawal of residual reserves in late and final stages of oil pool development. SUBSTANCE: method includes oil withdrawal through producing wells, injection of displacement agent through injection well. and selection of wells group forming pattern system. Selected in pattern system is group of producing wells hydrodynamically communicated with injection well. Made in each well, in interval from roof of producing formation to roof of water-bearing bed, is open bottom hole by removal of a part of casing and cement ring with subsequent isolation of water-bearing bed from producing formation and flushed zone in producing formation of injection well. After that, wells are completed and put into operation. According to the second version, open bottom hole is made only in injection well. Invention provides for increased oil production and formation oil recovery due to higher organization and regulation of process of hydrodynamic treatment of locally singling-out pattern system with group of producing and injection wells operating in homogeneous hydrodynamic and geological conditions of oil field.
