FIELD: salvaging of military equipment, applicable for salvaging of solid-propellant rocket engines and disabling of ammunition by cleaning of casings of energy-producing materials by hydroblasting. SUBSTANCE: travelling installation consists at least of power and working load-carrying platforms (trucks, trailers and semitrailers) with a remote observation, control and monitoring panel. Installed on the power platform are the units providing the supply of high-pressure water and working fluid of the hydraulic drives. The working platform accommodates a jig for the object to be cleaned providing for an angular turn of the object and its longitudinal travel. Connected to the open end of the object is a manifold providing for filling of the object cavity with water and introduction of the blasting head with the cavitating nozzles into the cavity. The destructed energy-producing materials in the form of suspension are discharged to a tank for primary separation of soluble and insoluble components. The insoluble components are discharged into an accumulator for subsequent unloading into transport tanks for dispatch for plant processing. The soluble components after concentration are discharged into their own accumulator. Cleaned water circulating in a closed circuit is directed to the inlet of the high-pressure pumps on the power platform. The working platform is positioned on an embanked site with approach lines on both sides of the platform and connected through high- and low-pressure hoses to the power platform located outside the embanked site. The remote observation, control and monitoring panel is installed outside the embanked site and connected to the platforms and observation TV cameras via explosion-proof and interference-proof cables. EFFECT: provided ecologically pure salvaging of solid-propellant rocket engines and ammunition. 5 cl, 4 dwg, 1 tbl
