FIELD: technological processes; chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of treatment of drains from hydro-cavitating wash-out of mixed solid rocket fuel charge on the basis of ammonium perchlorate from solid fuel rocket engine includes supply of high-pressure liquid from closed water circuit into wash-off hydro-cavitating installation, preparation of drains in the form of suspension that contains solid phase from destroyed charge of solid fuel and liquid of closed water circuit, separation of suspension solid phase from liquid of closed water circuit, accumulation of solid phase doses and reverse osmosis treatment of closed water circuit liquid from ammonium perchlorate. From accumulated doses of solid phase ammonium perchlorate is leached at increased temperature in several leaching reactors of periodic action. Every following accumulated dose of solid phase is loaded into the following leaching reactor of periodic action, and the following components are supplied as produced after leaching of ammonium perchlorate from previous dose of solid phase and evaporated for balancing of water content: mother water and concentrate with provision of necessary concentration of solution in reactor.

EFFECT: ecological purity of rocket engine charges liquidation process.
