FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: process forming image includes parallel scanning of blocks of image on surface of displaying screen by focused beam. Elements of raster in this case are formed in sequence on additional screen, their radiation is split into components with use of matrix of beam splitters, each component is modulated independently with the aid of spatially-time light modulator and is presented in proper position in corresponding block of displaying screen. In process of formation of video signal image formed on photosensitive screen is converted to sequence of electric signals by way of parallel scanning of components of image of blocks by means of focused beam. With this in mind elements of raster are formed in turn on additional screen, their radiation is split into components with the aid of matrix of beam splitters and each component is displayed in proper position in corresponding block of photosensitive screen.
