In preferable version printed picture includes primary, secondary and tertiary picture elements. Each element has angular displacement from 0 to 90 deg with reference to stare on picture, parallel to plane of carrier and perpendicular to main line of carrier so that printed picture come into being with special effect with stare on printed picture at certain angle relative to perpendicular stare.
