FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with the treatment of germinogenic testicular cancer of either seminomal or nonseminomal histological structure. It is suggested to dye intraoperationally a lymphatic vessel of a spermatic funiculus by injecting 2 ml indigocarmine under membranes of a spermatic funiculus, free it against fatty cellular tissue and then, by providing its tension, puncture with a thin needle and inject 2000 mg cyclophosphane diluted for 15 ml physiological solution followed by high funiculorchectomy. The method enables to achieve decreased sizes and amount of metastases in retroperitoneal lymphatic nodes or prevent their appearance, shortens the duration of systemic polychemotherapy and frequency of complications.
