SUBSTANCE: on detecting the roentgenological lesion focus one should introduce a trocar along paravertebral line being right-hand at the angle of 35-45 deg. to vertebral body into area of lesion focus. A syringe is used to suck off purulent focal content through a trocar, an irrigator is inserted through a trocar, the latter is removed and an irrigator is sutured to skin. A patient is placed onto a stomach to carry out a focus-free fixation of affected spinal department with a compression apparatus by spinous processes, through an irrigator to the focus, and intravenous injection of antibiotics is performed that decreases the possibility of postoperation complications.
