FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used for treatment of tuberculous spondylitis by means of inspection and readjustment of paravertebral congestive abscess. Treatment and diagnostics work provides introduction of puncture needle in hearth of pathology, tale of content for research and make of radical operation. Needle is introduced under control of ultrasonic testing. Drainage tube is introduced into hearth of pathology through the needle to perform permanent drainage. Laboratory testing of content of hearth of pathology is made as well as contrast X-ray testing of cavity. According to results of testing, the hearth is either re-adjusted in close manner of radical surgical operation is made accomplished with additional contrasting of hearth of pathology through drainage tube.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of and safety of treatment and diagnostic measures; integrated process is made to improve efficiency of operation.
