FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has at least one means for taking procedures communicating to at least one reservoir containing liquid drug possessing biologically active properties composed mainly of velvet antlers decoction, and at least one heat exchange unit for heating the liquid drug. Means for taking procedures is designed as vapor bath chamber filled with curative liquid drug vapor. The vapor bath chamber is joined to upper part of the reservoir, not occupied by curative liquid drug but filled with its vapor, via tube line of the upper layer. The reservoir containing the curative liquid drug is optionally provided with compressor. The compressor is connected to the bottom part of the reservoir containing the curative liquid drug.
