FIELD: medicine, neurosurgery. SUBSTANCE: a traumatic intramedullar cyst is evacuated, its wall is damaged. One should introduce a transplant of fetal spinal cord enriched with lining cells of olfactory nerve bulbs. Suspension of viable nerve cells in combination with blood-producing cells should be, also, introduced into subarachnoid space of a spinal cord.
