FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to spine and spinal cord surgery. Myelo-meningo-radiculolysis is performed, extrapleurally in intercostal space vascular-neuro-muscular trunk is formed, tunnel in the longest muscles of back is formed. Distal part of trunk is brought through tunnel to the place of laminectomy and placed on the site of spinal cord and/or its roots injury in such a way that intercostal trunk nerve contacts with spinal cord and/or its roots. Plasty of dura mater is performed with sewing muscular trunk component with spinal cord membranes.
EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for treatment of myelopathy.
