FIELD: construction industry, reconstruction of tower industrial buildings. SUBSTANCE: supporting system to reinforce industrial buildings includes frame made of supporting members and bracing units. Frame comes in the form of truncated one into which building is inscribed and includes inclined supporting members arranged in circle joined by means of bracing units placed in horizontal plane. Adjacent supporting members are positioned in symmetry one relative another and are made fast with upper ends one to another, their lower ends are linked fast to lower ends of following supporting members. Bracing units are also installed in intermediate sections of frame in addition to existing bracing units. Additional inclined supporting members rigidly made fast one to another with upper ends and to intermediate bracing unit of proper story and with lower ends to lower ends of key supporting members are placed in pairs in each story. EFFECT: development of supporting system making it feasible to reinforce spatial rigidity of building. 5 dwg
