FIELD: armored military and special vehicles, applicable in constructions of air- intake devices with protection of the radiators and underbonnet space against bullets and fragments at firing of the vehicle. SUBSTANCE: the radiator protective grill has inclined armored plates, which have side walls and bars installed at an angle to them with formation of protections. Fastened on the mentioned bars between the side walls are inserts of non-armored non-metallic material with a height equal to the height of the bar projection. The external surfaces of the inserts have a streamlined shape. EFFECT: reduced resistance to air flow without any loss of the level of protection. 2 cl, 1 dwg
