SUBSTANCE: method and device include new generation of terminals incorporating digital signal processors capable of tracking working characteristics of associated wireless terminal and conveying characteristics to network control computer. The latter acquires messages from terminals, takes corrective actions in case of abnormal situation, and supplies digital signal processors with corrections and dialing instructions. In addition network control computer gathers statistical data coming from wireless terminals. Wireless terminals may be initialized by direct connection to simple telephone set or by air with aid of network control computer.
