FIELD: medicine, cardiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: after carrying out the main stage of operation at small sizes of a left auricle its suturing should be conducted with mitral valve-fixing ligatures. At the same time, a P-shaped suture is performed between a supporting valve's ring and auricular incision. The method enables to provide intact circulation along a vascular bundle and increase the reliability at closure of a left auricle at its small sizes after prosthetics of a mitral valve from a left-hand access.
