FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out superficial sclera flap and deep sclera flap to access ciliary body surface. Basal iridectomy is carried out and pharmaceutical composition is additionally administered in anterior chamber under superficial sclera flap and on the sclera surface in the antiglaucoma operation zone. The composition has non-steroid anti-inflammation agent in the amount of 0.01-1.0 mas.%; corticosteroid, 0.01-1.0 mas. %; hemostatic agent, 0.5-10.0 mas.%; viscoelastic filler, the balance. EFFECT: reduced inflammation, hemorrhages in operation zone; prevented intraocular fluid hyperfiltration; prolonged operation result. 1 dwg
