FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out superficial scleral flap turned with its base towards limb, forming and removing deep sclera flap inside of the formed bed from its middle layer including external wall of the Schlemm's canal with a portion of Descemet's membrane adjacent to trabecula being accessed, removing trabecular net layers from the accessed filtering membrane with circularly arranged fibers to reach deeper layers. Spatula is introduced into Schlemm's canal lumen from one or two sides and the trabecular layers having circularly arranged fibers are separated from more deep layers and removed. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved intraocular fluid discharge. 1 dwg
