FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out superficial scleral flap of 1/3-2/3 of sclera thickness facing limb with its base. Deep triangular flap is cut out facing limb with its base to partially make the ciliary body bare. Schlemm's canal is opened allover the whole deep scleral flap length. The deep scleral flap is withdrawn having external wall of the Schlemm's canal with Descemet's cover adjacent to sclera being accessed. The superficial scleral flap is attached to lateral walls of its bed with sutures. Its surface is covered with flexible film is from biocompatible material. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prolonged hypotensive effect of surgical intervention. 1 dwg
