FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes pharmaceutical composition consisting of mainly nevirapine semihydrate having diameter particles size about from 1 to 150 mc. The preparation is prepared by treatment of acid-additive nevirapine salt with strong base followed by filtration, washing out with water and drying up to water content about 3.1-3.9 weight % and water as carrier.
