FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying bandage impregnated with mixture composed of Novocain, nicotinic acid, Pyracetam and Dimexide after performing surgical treatment on the background of 3% potassium iodide solution instillations into conjunctival sack on frontal and orbicular muscles. The bandage is retained during 60-80 min. The procedures are given days and then 1-2 times a week during for 1.5 months. The course is repeated 2-3 times a year. EFFECT: improved vision function.
