SUBSTANCE: respiratory trainer has a built-up casing with through holes, means for adjustment or resistance to breathing, and a valve device of inhalation and exhalation. The casing incorporates a hollow cylinder and a sleeve coaxially positioned in its cavity, hermetically connected from its open end to the hollow cylinder. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of separate adjustment of resistance to inhalation and resistance to exhalation at reduced overall dimensions of the respiratory trainer, simplified procedure of disassembly and reassembly of the respiratory trainer and its disinfection. 3 dwg
