FIELD: medicine, and man sanitation. SUBSTANCE: breathing trainer has mouthpiece, body with hollow cylindrical part, valve in form of sleeve located in body hollow part and engageable with stop restricting valve motion, inhalation and exhalation channels, device for regulation of their flow area in form of rings located on body and having through slots. Breathing trainer has, at least, one stabilizing member made of two interacting parts, one of which is located on valve external side surface, and the other part, on internal surface of hollow cylindrical part of body. Rings located on body have scales with divisions in form of ribs connecting upper and lower edges of ring through slots for additional stabilization of breathing trainer functioning. EFFECT: provided stability of resistance to inhalation and exhalation in continuous operation of trainer, prevented wedging of valve in prolonged operation. 4 dwg
