FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a breathing apparatus. Simulator comprises an inhalation and exhalation resistance formation unit and has a pressure sensor connection element. Simulator additionally includes actuator and control device. Unit for forming the inhalation and exhalation resistance force is made in the form of a breathing circuit consisting of a respiratory tube attached to an adjustable shutter, a breathing circuit and an actuator are fixed on the holder. On the side surface of the respiratory tube there is an opening for connecting a pressure sensor connected to the control device. Output of control device is connected with actuator, which allows to change angular position of controlled gate. Adjustable shutter is made in the form of two cylinders inserted into each other with identical holes of rectangular shape. Inner cylinder is movable and has the possibility of rotation relative to its axis for linear change of gate opening area in range from complete opening of hole, equal to area of opening of respiratory tube, to complete coverage of the breathing circuit with a minimum pitch of the hole area change.
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of a breathing exercise apparatus with high accuracy, smoothness of movement and rate of controlling the overlapping of the respiratory circuit, as well as high efficiency of training.
