FIELD: medicine, in particular, traumatology, applicable for treatment of injuries and fractures of tubular bone. SUBSTANCE: irradiation by a helium-neon laser is conducted intraosseously. The light conductor is introduced through a formed canal. The canal is formed near the place of fracture through the cortical plate at an angle of 30 to 45 deg to the plane of the bone in the direction to the fracture, and then parallel to the bone axis. The light conductor is introduced in the formed canal as far as it will go, then it is fixed to the skin. 5 to 10 procedures of irradiation are conducted every other day. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of treatment. 2 cl, 1 ex
