FIELD: mixing of liquids; applicable, particularly, in dairy industry for fat emulsification in milk, production of highly dispersed emulsions with high uniformity of disperse phase distribution in medium. SUBSTANCE: multicone jet device includes airtight body with pipe unions of intake of working flow and added component. Body accommodates located in center vertical row of nozzles having conical and cylindrical parts successively arranged one into another with formation of annular gap between them and having axial through channels, partition and diffuser. Partition and upper conical nozzle are installed for vertical motion. Nozzle cylindrical part has diameter exceeding diameter of base of its conical part and has at lest three cutoffs whose planes accommodating generators of conical part external surface. Nozzles rest on one another by their cylindrical parts. Nozzle axial through channels have cylindrical surface. EFFECT: higher dispersion degree attained by multicone jet device. 3 cl, 11 dwg
